Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, motivated Full-Time Lube Technician to join our fast-paced service team. In this entry-to-mid-level role, you will perform essential vehicle maintenance, ensure shop safety, and collaborate with our service team to deliver top-tier care to our customers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Vehicle Maintenance: Perform professional oil changes, fluid flushes (transmissions, cooling systems), and filter replacements.
  • Tire Services: Execute precise tire rotations, balancing, and basic tire repairs.
  • Safety Inspections: Conduct multi-point safety inspections and communicate additional vehicle repair or maintenance needs clearly to Service Advisors.
  • Shop Stewardship: Maintain dealership quality standards by keeping tools clean and work areas organized and safe.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred, but passion and a strong work ethic are highly valued.
  • Driving Record: Must hold a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving history.
  • Attitude: A motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
  • Skills: Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability: Dedicated to arriving on time and contributing to a supportive team culture.
